Ordering & Payments

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). You can even make payments via Amazon Checkout, Apple Pay, and PayPal, so you never have to share your credit card information with us.

Once you have successfully placed an order, you'll be redirected to an order confirmation page which will contain your order ID number. This information will also be emailed to you. This email may take up to 30 minutes to be received in your inbox.

If you haven't received an e-mail, please check your spam folder to ensure your confirmation email hasn't been sent there instead.

Once your order has been processed and completed, our team will send you a second confirmation email to let you know when your order has been shipped!

Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Our business is only based in Texas, USA. Therefore, only residents of Texas, USA will be charged state sales tax.

We are not responsible for any international customs fees once the items have been shipped. Please note shipping costs do not include any customs duty, tax or tariffs you may incur in your country. We do not have any customs, tax or tariff information.

We ship Voltlin products from our warehouse-based location in Dallas, Texas (USA) and from our partnered suppliers, which are located all around the world. Visit our Shipping Information page to learn more.

Unfortunately we don't. Due to some dishonest people, we had to create a policy in which we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.  This also includes UPS suite numbers.

We use a professional bracelet mandrel to ensure every bracelet is the exact size you order.

The crystals and gemstones we sell are natural and come from the Earth. Due to this, their size, color, and pattern (striations, mixing of colors, rutiles, etc.) will vary from piece to piece. However, the slight variance in your product will in no way comprise the energy and quality of your piece.
