I loved this bracelet!!!
The colors were brilliant, looked elegant, and were nicely integrated with the black hematite, which was sturdy. I bought it for my nephew's 21st birthday, but was worried that due to the holidays and COVID-19 it would not arrive in time. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived on time and a day before his birthday. He rarely gets excited about most things that are not sports related, but he really showed signs of happiness when he opened the gift, and he immediately put it on and wore it for this birthday. I appreciated that the bracelet was well designed and well-made. I appreciated the packaging that housed the bracelet, which protected it from damage during the shipping process. Quality Service With Love
I recently ordered the wrong size (too small). Voltin graciouly returned it. But when I sent the small size back I also included a bracelet that had broken. I didn’t expect anything but Voltin sent me the correct size and my fixed bracelet. But the hand written note included with it was touching and beautiful and folded oh so carefully. It explained the meaning of a broken bracelet and much more. Mine was an amathyst for healing. I had not felt healed from spinal surgery last summer and very sad when it originally broke. I had already repurchased a new one and was wearing it. I had a goal the day before my birthday to play golf again after nearly a year. It started off rough. But on the 8th hole I got a par and upon giving my husband a grand High 5 my healing stones rolled and spread across the green!!!
