How To Measure Your Wrist

Step 1: Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape, string, or a strip of paper.
Step 2: If you are using a string or strip of paper, then measure the length with a ruler to determine your wrist size.

Sizing Tip: If you like a secure fit, select your exact wrist measurement. If you like a loose fit, add 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch (average is 1/2 inch) to your wrist size. This is the ideal bracelet length for you.

Which Hand? The left hand is considered your sensitive side, responsible for dealing with your internal self. Your right hand is responsible for how you take action in the world externally.
