It is believed that by meditating with or wearing Rudraksha Seeds, one can increase the ability to concentrate, obtain clarity and peace of mind, as well as improve memory.

A Mala is a string of beads that are used in meditation to count breaths, mantras, prayers, or intentions. They are ancient tools that were developed to keep the mind focused and clear from thoughts. Also referred to as mantra beads, meditation beads, Hindu rosaries, or Buddhist prayer beads and have been used in Buddhist and Hindu practices for centuries.

Our Malas are made with high-quality crystal and gemstone beads that have been strung on a durable nylon cord. The sliding logo-bead is knotted using an ancient macramé technique that allows it to expand and accommodate for size and comfort. A full Mala usually contains 108 beads, while a half contains 54 beads. This makes them long enough to be worn as a necklace or wrap bracelet.
